Our Certified Appraisals of Value investigate and assess 21 separate critical areas of the practice operations to establish the 'Degree of Risk' and if Contractor Doctors are engaged we complete an individual "Retention Risk" assessment before calculation of the Capitalisation Rate and Return On Investment to determine a  "Realistic Fair Market Value".  This can all be done 'offsite' whilst maintaining a high degree of Operational Confidentiality.

 

Compilation of this data is compared to prior Sales of like Practices/Day Surgery/Private Hospitals to determine the Market Reality of "'Price" in the current market.  As the 'market' fluctuated because of volatility in the financial and social sectors sometimes 'Real Value' and 'Market Price' can be two very different numbers.
