Our Expert Valuers have been completing Independent Certified "Fair Market Value" Reports of GP Medical Practices, Super Clinics, Specialist Practices, Private Day Surgeries since 2024. Our expertise ranges from Solo GP Practices, Multi Doctor Super Clinics, Day Surgeries and Allied Health Practices since 2004.
Underlying Risks from Contractor arrangements, Medical Staff Retention, Location (City/Regional), Government Compliance requirements and Cyber Security issues as well as the patient demographics, billing basis and service history and a number of social and economic factors all have an influence on the Fair Market Value.
FAIR MARKET VALUE is the amount, expressed in Cash or Cash equivalents that a business would sell for on the valuation date in an arms-length transaction between a hypothetical willing buyer and a hypothetical seller, neither being under a compulsion to buy or sell and both having reasonable knowledge of relevant facts.
Our Certified Valuation or Apraisals investigate and assess 21 separate critical areas of the practice operations to establish the 'Degree of Risk' and if Contractor Doctors are engaged we complete an individual "Retention Risk" assessment before calculation of the Capitalisation Rate and Return On Investment to determine a "Realistic Fair Market Value". This can all be done 'offsite' whilst maintaining a high degree of Operational Confidentiality.
