Managing Director, Paul Nielsen, has been involved in the health care field since 1979 where he has served on the Boards of International Surgical Devices and Medical Equipment Manufacturers  and primary health care providers since that time.  Additional experience was gained when Paul became a Director and Chairman for a Small Australian owned GP Practice Corporate that he 'rescued' from insolvency.

His involvement in the 'business' of health care where he currently holds an equity position in a Pvt Company involved in the development and distribution of Complimentary Medicines continues to this day.

Paul's Corporate Advisory Practice has been Selling and Valuing GP Medical Practices,  Day Surgeries and Small Private Hospitals since 2004 after International Certification as a Merger & Acquisition Advisor and  Cyber Security Risk Advisor from Loyola University Chicago and Harvard University Boston. Massachusetts.

In Australia, Paul holds accreditation as a Licensed Business Intermediary, Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser, Certified Cyber Security Risk Advisor and is a Fellow and Past President of the Australian Institute Of Business Brokers Ltd.

Paul is the Immediate Past Chairman and Current Cyber Security Ambassador for the Council Of Small Business Organisations Of Australia whose Members account for some 600,000 SME's across Australia.
