Paul Nielsen (Brisbane Southside & Gold Coast): Is Principal of Avantia Corporate Services and has over 30+ years Owning and Managing Public Listed and Private Companies involved in the distribution of Medical and Surgical products in Australia and New Zealand.  Additionally, as an Investor, Paul has served as Chairman of the Board of a Corporate involved in the Acquisition and Management of Primary Health Care practices in Australia and has completed numerous Valuations of Medical Centre's/Medical Practices and Day Surgery Centre's in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria and been engaged as an Expert Witness for matters in the Family Court under Division 15.5.2 of the Family Law Act.  Paul is the current Queensland State and the  National President of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers, the Industry Association that gives advice to Government and other Stakeholders in relation to the Transfer of Business Assets from one party to another. In 2007 Paul completed International Certification as a Mergers & Aquisitions Advisor at the School of Business Administration, Loyola University, Chicago USA and is a member of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors with over 700 offices worldwide.
